History

Robert L. Turner established RLTurner Corporation on September 15, 1976, in Zionsville, Indiana. RLTurner quickly gained the reputation of being a respected General Contractor which built high quality projects on the principles of honesty and superior service while creating value based solutions and developing long term relationships. The initial jobs consisted of residential remodeling, new residential construction, and a small amount of commercial renovation, limited engineering, and land surveying services. We soon started looking for opportunities in other areas of construction such as concrete work, metal buildings, school renovations and industrial construction. The size and experience level of our staff quickly grew and so did the size of the projects.

With the growth of our organization and changes in the construction industry today, our commitment to our core principles have remained steadfast. We are an employee owned business servicing clients in Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky and Michigan. The reason for our success can be directly related to the dedication, skills, and quality attitude of our employees.

RLTurner has successfully constructed projects in many different markets; our focused expertise is in the Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical, Educational, Industrial/Manufacturing, and Recreational/Fitness markets. With over 30 years of experience and hundreds of repeat customers, RLTurner is dedicated to being our client’s Premier Construction Partner.
