Greg Turner, President and CEO, DBIA
Greg serves as President/CEO of RLTurner. Greg began his construction career at RLTurner as a tradesman in the field in 1987. Since graduating from Purdue University in 1994 he has worked his way through various Operational positions with RLTurner to improve his understanding of construction and the value of partnerships, eventually leading RLTurner’s design-build efforts. In 2001 Robert L. Turner became the Chairman of the Board and Greg was appointed by the Board of Directors to Vice Chairman. In 2003, Greg was appointed to President/CEO.
As President/CEO Greg is responsible for strategic planning to ensure the company maintains its industry leading role as the partner of choice and by providing safe, cost effective, and quality construction for our customers.
During the course of his career Greg has worked with customers from various markets including Bio-Technology/Pharmaceutical, Commercial, Educational, Advanced Manufacturing/Industrial, Recreational/Fitness and Religious.
Greg received a B.S. in Building Construction Technology from Purdue University and is a Design-Build Institute of America professional. He has attended numerous Leadership, Management, Communication, and Business Development seminars. He is involved with the RTC Presidents Forum – Kelley School of Business (Indiana University).
Greg is currently a Board Member and Secretary of Boone County Chamber of Commerce. He is a past Board Member of Associated Builders and Contractors, Indiana Construction Round Table, Indiana Metal Building Association (IMBA), Metro Indianapolis Coalition for Construction Safety (MICCS), and past member of Purdue University – Building Construction Technology Council. He is also a past committee member of the Associated Builders and Contractors and Indiana Construction Roundtable Minority Committees, and taken an active role in mentoring RLTurner’s MBE/WBE construction partners.
In Greg’s spare time, he enjoys fishing, hunting, outdoor activities with his family and is an avid sports fan.
