James D. Gann, CFO

Jim began his construction career at RLTurner in 1998 as Controller. In 2003, Jim was appointed by the Board of Directors as the CFO-Secretary of the corporation. Prior to joining RLTurner, Jim was Controller for an electrical and pipefitting subcontractor.

As CFO, Jim is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our accounting, finance, and human resource departments. His responsibilities include monitoring the cash management process, overseeing financial planning, reporting, and budgeting, and administering the human resource, procurement, and purchasing departments.

Jim serves on the Board of Directors for the RLTurner Corporation. He is a member of the Construction Financial Management Association, Indiana CPA Society, and AICPA.
