Kevin Sullivan, Chief Estimator

Kevin began his construction career as an Estimator in 1981. He has held various positions during his construction career including Estimator, Field Engineer, Project Manager, Preconstruction Director, and Chief Estimator.

As Chief Estimator, Kevin oversees all aspects of estimate preparation, both for bids and negotiated projects. He develops bidding strategies while coordinating with operations to determine labor requirements means and methods for performing work. Kevin maintains a vast history of cost information for virtually all types of projects. He also manages relationships with owners, subcontractors and suppliers.

During the course of his career Kevin has worked with Indiana University, Purdue University, Ball State, Ivy Tech, Community Hospitals, St. Vincent Hospitals, Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Eli Lilly, United Airlines, as well as numerous schools and public entities.

Kevin received a B.S. in Construction Engineering and Management from Purdue University and is an Indiana state registered Professional Engineer. Kevin is a member of the American Society of Professional Engineers and member of the Associated Builders and Contractors of Indiana.
