ESCO embraced RLTurner’s value engineering and design-build capabilities for their office/warehouse project. By doing so, ESCO received the maximum value for their dollar and a space that meets both their client and employee’s needs. The 19,485 square feet office structure incorporates decorative pre-cast panels, exterior insulation finish system, and aluminum storefront framing.
The interior was built to provide an open concept, but still provide ESCO with private offices and meeting rooms. Removable partitions, reflective fixtures, and natural light allow our client many options to change and relocate offices. The second part of the structure, the 42,200 square foot warehouse, is constructed of pre-cast panels. It was designed to house an advanced shelving rack system along with office and technical support space. |
