The RLTurner Corporation renovated an existing 440,000 square foot structure into a biopharmaceutical manufacturing site. Cook Pharmica’s face lift utilizes stainless steel and single-use disposable bioreactors and disposable containers for media and buffers. A manufacturing executions system (MES) provides operators and users real-time access to process data. In addition, web-casting cameras were installed in manufacturing and control rooms, allowing clients the opportunity to view a complete production run of their products from their own office or at an on-site workstation.
