Dow AgroSciences’ Employee Development Center, located in Indianapolis, serves as the hub of human resources activities for the Dow AgroSciences campus.  Functions housed within Dow’s multipurpose face lift include employee training, corporate development, a fitness center, greenhouse, daycare, and employee cafeteria.
