When the Town of Zionsville approved the plans for this bank, they wanted the building to complement the architecture and style of the existing buildings along Main Street. To meet these requirements, eight-foot tall parapet walls were constructed to create the needed height, and false windows were installed above the ground floor windows. A metal cornice, which creates the look of a new building with old building characteristics, and an intricate cedar Pergola, which masks the drive thru area, were also incorporated.
The 5,100 square foot facility with a 1,800 square foot drive-thru canopy and on site parking for 12 vehicles is one of the first structures that greets residents and visitors to Zionsville.
