The RLTurner Corporation provided Design Phase Estimating Services under a CMc contract for this beautiful 70,000 square foot church. The Guaranteed Maximum Price was established after completing the construction documents and soliciting of bids. A 600-seat sanctuary, classrooms, multipurpose room, chapel, and administration area with kitchen resulted. The exterior facade consists of brick with a very pronounced eave and soffit detail and an ornate crown mold and dentil detail. The interior carries many of the same details including crown molding, chair rails, baseboards, and picture framing.
