Throughout the Bidding Phase, we work with subcontractors that will be the best fit for your project.  Assisting them with their take-off ensures that you receive a bid number that is complete and sound.  We review each submission and company qualifications before awarding a contract so the final package we present to you contains the highest quality materials, subcontractors and costs that you can trust.

Our team is on-site every day during the Construction Phase.  Construction schedules, materials, and subcontractor progress are monitored daily so that any adjustments can be applied quickly and without disruption.  The safety of all those on-site is extremely important to us so our safety procedures are monitored and strictly enforced.  We maintain close contact with you so that you are aware how the project is developing and collaborate with you to accommodate your needs.

Once the project has been completed to your satisfaction, we provide a one-year warranty, coupled with a comprehensive eleventh-month walk-through.
