RLTurner (dba Total Concrete Solutions) continues to be one of the largest merit-shop, self-performing General Contractors in the State of Indiana.  Our Concrete Finishers have a broad range of knowledge and vast experience within all facets of concrete, including the following:

RLTurner requires our Concrete Finishers continue to be actively involved with on-going skill-set and equipment training to continually hone and improve their expertise within the concrete trade.  RLTurner has been a member in good standing of the Associated Builders & Contractors of Indiana Apprenticeship program since 1982.  ABC’s apprenticeship programs are certified by the Federal Department of Labor Bureau of Apprenticeship and Training and by the National Center of Construction Education and Research.  All of RLTurner’s craft-persons are 10-hour OSHA certified.   

We are also certified in the following classifications:

• IPCI Polished Concrete

All Foreman and Superintendents are 30-Hour OSHA Certified
